Eligibility Criteria
Any candidate who has passed HSC (10+2) exam from any stream with English as passing subject and secured minimum 45% marks.
This Diploma in Customer Relationship Management program aims to address the growth in service industries and with it the need for customer supplier relationship. This program equips one with knowledge and skills related to services marketing, customer service and customer retention / relationship management, call centre management, account management, service design and service quality management. Emphasis is placed on customer satisfaction and loyalty, data management, sales force automation and the current and future status of CRM.
