Eligibility Criteria
To be able to apply the candidate must hold a three year bachelor degree (10+2+3) or its equivalent in any discipline with English as passing subject.

The Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management is an integrated programme designed for people to gain insights and perspectives into the various HR subsystems. It is also a necessary tool for enabling future HR professionals to contribute to the attainments of organizational development initiatives.

Programme outline
This is a one year programme in business management resulting in the award of Master’s Programme in Human Resource Management.

Objective
This programme focuses on different fields of human resources and employee relations, and to act as catalysts or change agents of an organization and society at large. This programme helps to understand the strategic role of human resources in an organizational development model. Also to understand the different areas of businesses and their linkages with the discipline of human resource management.
